Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with Takayasu’s arteritis involving coronary artery, and to explore the treatment of patients with multiple coronary arteritisMethods: This study used a retrospective study, collected from July 2003 to June2015 in Capital Medical University affiliated Beijing An Zhen Hospital hospital clinical data, treatment of Takayasu arteritis were selected to establish the database with coronary artery disease: angina, myocardial infarction or asymptomatic coronary artery stenosis and aneurysm patients.According to the "coronary artery CTA and coronary angiography" classification of patients, the clinical treatment of patients were collected.Further analysis of the cumulative objective data of coronary artery Takayasu arteritis patients using statistical software(including age, sex, treatment, operation, duration of illness, general symptoms, vascular involvement, coronary artery involvement, serology, imaging objective examination objective examination, family history data)of Takayasu a total of patients with coronary arteritis clinical characteristics and treatment and management. Results: In this study,62 patients with Takayasu’s arteritis involving coronary artery were collected, including male and female in 42 cases, and the incidence ratio of male to female was 1:2.1.Cardiovascular risk factors in patients with Takayasu’s arteritis associated with coronary artery disease(p<0.05).44 patients with initial symptoms of angina pectoris. There were 8 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).There were no significant differences in cardiovascular symptoms(p>0.05),142 coronary artery lesions(single vessel stenosis greater than 50%)were found.Coronary artery involvement was most common in the open, higher than that in patients with coronary heart disease(p<0.05).Treatment: a total of 33 patients underwent coronary intervention.16 patients underwent surgical revascularization. There were 13 patients who received only conservative treatment.A total of 27patients were found in the restenosis group(PCI),and there were a total of 11patients(PTCA)in the follow-up group. There were a total of 11 patients with restenosis in the group. For the CABG group, there were 5 patients with restenosis(n= 5).The restenosis rate of interventional therapy was higher than that of CABG(p>0.05).Conclusion: Takayasu arteritis complicated with coronary artery involvement in young and middle-aged women, but the age > 40 years were not uncommon, early symptoms of Takayasu’s arteritis patients do not have a specific, headache, fever the most common purpose, fatigue symptoms.Patients with Takayasu arteritis often have fewer risk factors than patients with common coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, but there is no significant difference in the clinical manifestations of coronary artery lesions.Multiple Takayasu arteritis involves the opening and the proximal segment of the patient’s blood vessels.Endovascular treatment is the most common method for the treatment of coronary artery disease, but the rate of stenosis is higher after operation. The restenosis rate of CABG was significantly lower than that of vascular interventional therapy.Glucocorticoids and /or cytotoxic drugs can reduce the rate of stenosis in endovascular interventional surgery and surgical operation, and can effectively control the disease activity and improve the prognosis.
