Purpose:To discuss the immunophenotype’s expression characteristics and its clinical significance of B acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods:50 cases of patients with acute B lymphocytic leukemia whose BCR-ABL fusion gene were negative were used flow cytometry to do immune classification.Observed the immunophenotype’s expression characteristics and its clinical significance of B acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Results:In 50 cases,the positive expression ratio of CD19 was the highest in B cell antigens,at84.00%;In T cell antigens,CD5 and CD7 expressed on B-ALL.The positive expression quotiety of CD13 was the highest in myeloid antigens,at 48.00%.When 50 patients entered into hospital,they all accepted induction chemotherapy after diagnosis.After first chemical drug treatment discovered that all of patients’ s complete remission was 76%and the overall resultsfull ratio was 86.00%.The complete remission,whole resultsfull ratio were non-differences in gender.Two indexes is prognostic indicators.The first indicator of male and female respectively were 77.27%,75.00%.The second indicator of the two gender differences group were 95.45% and 78.57%.On the basis of the age the population was fell into the ≥40 years old and <40 years old.On account of the first indicator of ≥40 years old and <40 years old were 57.14% and 89.65%.71.42% and96.55% were the consequence of the uper two group’s the second item.In line accordance with the criticalty of hypohemia,the ensemble were distributed into the mild anemia group and the moderately severe anemia group.The two items of the former were overtop the the latter.The outcome had the difference.The first and second projects of the two different group which had be refered to were 100%,100%,and62.50%,78.12%.The two indicators of the refered to were 86.20%,96.55% and 61.90%,71.42%.There were 26 cases in CD20+group,24 cases in CD20-group.The first and second projects of the CD20+ and CD20-group which had be refered to were 57.69%,73.08%and 95.83%,100%.The two items of the former were lower.The outcome had the difference.The two indicators of the CD13+were lower.The outcome had the difference.The consequence had distinction.There are24 cases in CD13+ group,in addition,CD13-group had 26 cases patients.The first and second projects of the CD13+ and CD13-groups which had be refered to were62.50%,70.83% and 88.46%,100%.The two projects of prognosis which we had mentioned in the above were low in CD33+ group.The consequence exsited the difference.On account of the first indicator of CD33+ and CD33-group were 45.45% and86.48%.54.54% and 94.59% were the consequence of the uper two group’s the second item.There were 11 cases in CD33+ group and there were 37 cases in CD33-group.The two projects of prognosis which we had mentioned in the above were low in CD34+group.The consequence exsited the difference.On account of the first indicator of CD34+and CD34-group were 64.00% and 95.00%.72.00% and 100% were the consequence of the uper two group’s the second item.There were 25 cases in CD34+ group and there were 20 cases in CD34-group.There were 15 cases in CD96+ group,16 cases in CD96-group.The first and second projects of the CD96+ and CD96-group which had be refered to were 46.66%,60.00% and 87.50%,93.75%.The two items of the former were lower.The outcome had the difference.There existed 29 cases in My+B-ALL.Their two indexes compered with My-B-ALL all be low.The consequence exsited the difference.The first and second indexes were 65.51%,75.86%,90.47%,100% in the uper two group.CD34/CD13 co-expression accounted for 20.00% of the population,CD34/CD33 co-expression accounted for 14.00% of the all number of cases.CD34/CD96 co-expression hold 18.00% in the overall number of cases.The first and second indexes were 30.00%,86.20%,30%,100% in CD34/CD13 co-expression and non-co-expression group.The first two indexes in CD34/CD13 co-expression group was lower than non-co-expression group.The consequence existed distinction.The first and second indexes were 28.57%,77.27%,28.57%,90.90% in CD34/CD33 co-expression and non-co-expression group.The first two indexes in CD34/CD33 co-expression group was lower than non-co-expression group.The consequence had distinction.The first and second indexes were 22.22%,86.36%,33.33%,95.45% in CD34/CD96 co-expression and non-co-expression group.The first two indexes in CD34/CD96 co-expression group was lower than non-co-expression group.The consequence had distinction.Conclusion:1.CD19 was a protein which it was peculiar immunophenotyping in B-ALL;CD7 and CD5 can cross express on B-ALL.The non-negative expression proportion of CD13 was the top in B-ALL with myeloid antigens.2.Gender in B-ALL has no effect onthe clinical efficacy,Age is the effect of the clinical efficacy of B-ALL,Hemoglobin content of the first time diagnosis is the effect of the clinical efficacy of B-ALL.3.CD10+ was positively related with the clinical efficacy of B-ALL,while CD20+,CD13+,CD33+,CD34+ and CD96+ were on the contrary with the clinical efficacy of B-ALL.4.My+B-ALL had a adverse clinical efficacy,CD34/CD13,CD34/CD33,CD34/CD96 existed negative relationship with the clinical efficacy of B-ALL. |
