Clinical Analysis Of Two Kinds Of Surgical Treatment Of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the general data of 66 patients with chronic subdural hematoma,and to study the two methods of drilling and drainage alone and craniotomy and hematoma evacuation.Advantages and disadvantages,and then summed up the treatment of CSDH the most reasonable,effective and economical treatment.Methods: The general data of 66 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The age,hematoma volume and length of incision were observed.The total time of hospitalization,the total time of hospitalization,the cure rate and the incidence of complications and other indicators,the statistical analysis,compared with the best cases of the best surgical treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Results: 66 patients were able to successfully complete the operation.Two groups of patients after surgery can be reviewed in the CT examination,the successful removal of drainage tube,surgical incision healing well.(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).But in the operation time,total hospital stay,intraoperative total bleeding,total cost of hospitalization,postoperative complications,etc.,simply drilling drainage group was significantly better than the craniotomy group,the statistical analysis,the two were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05)CONCLUSIONS: In this study,we reviewed the general data of 66 patients with CSDH.Compared with the two surgical treatments,we found that in all factors,age,hematoma volume,and cure rate were compared by simple drilling and drainage and craniotomy.There were no significant differences between the two groups.However,in the aspects of the length of incision,the amount of bleeding,the total cost of hospitalization,and the length of hospitalization,the drilling and drainage group was significantly better than the craniotomy group.Group was significantly more than drilling drainage group,which secondary brain injury this factor is more prominent.
