| Objective: Based on the investigation of nutritional status and the prevalence of non-communicable diseases for two communities residents in Lanzhou City.(1)To understand the distribution of major non-communicable diseases in two communities residents of Lanzhou city;to analyze the main risk factors associated with non-communicable diseases;(2)To understand the dietary nutritional status of the local residents, and evaluate whether their dietary structure is rationally, and assess whether their intake of dietary nutrients is enough;analysis the relationship between of hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and other major related non-communicable diseases and dietary nutritional status.(3)According to the results of this survey, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies to prevent the non-communicable diseases and intervent the level of nutrition, and provides a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the improvement of the nutritional status of residents. Methods: From July to November in 2016,a simple random sampling method was used to investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases and dietary nutrition among residents aged 18 and over in two communities in Lanzhou City. The main methods include questionnaires survey, physical examination, laboratory tests.Investigators and respondents using the method of face-to-face interviews completed the questionnaire survey, with the laboratory tests determination of blood biochemical indexes related to chronic disease, physical examination mainly on height, weight, blood pressure and other indicators were measured,Laboratory tests were conducted to determine the blood biochemical parameters associated with chronic diseases.Physical examinations included indicators of height, weight, and blood pressure, and dietary nutritional status of residents using 24-hour dietary review and Food frequency questionnaires.Depending on the type of data and the purpose of analysis, using chi-square test, unconditioned Logistic regression, rank sun test were analyzed. Results: 1.The prevalence rate of hypertension among the residents was 29.61%,22.88% for males and 36.31% for females. The prevalence of diabetes was 11.31%,10.64% in males and 11.99% in females. The prevalence of coronary heart disease was 0.42% and 2.3% in males and females, respectively. The number of strokes was 0.84% in males and 0.56% in females.2.Logistic regression results show that the risk of women suffering from hypertension,is higher than male;the risk factors of diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease and stroke were oldage, overweight / obesity and central obesity.risk factors of diabetes and stroke were divorced/widowed,high education is a protective factor for hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke.hypertension coronary heart disease is a risk factor for stroke, hypertension is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.3.The average daily cereal intake of two communities residents of Lanzhou City was 306.20 g,and the intake of milk, eggs, aquatic products, soybeans and nuts, fruits was obviously insufficient, accounting for 75.89 g,28.98 g,12.98 g,18.07 g,88.77 g,livestock and poultry meat is 46.75 g vegetable 288.36g;energy only 46.6% of people to achieve energy intake standards, the average daily intake of protein 66.47 g,and 63.51% of people achieve intake standards.Vitamin B1 nicotinic acid,Vitamin C and Vitamin E intakes were 1.07 mg,18.45 mg,115.80 mg,32.76 mg a-TE,that achieved intake of the recommended standard.Calcium, selenium intake of 464.93 mg,32.65 mg,the marjorty of people reached intake of recommended standard. The most of people reached the recommended amount of intake standards for other mineral elements.4.The higher level of energy intake, the higher of detection of overweight/obesity and hypertension. With the increase of carbohydrate energy supply, the risk of hypertension increases. With the increase of fat supply ratio, the rate of overweight/obesity was increased. With the increase of dietary fiber intake,overweight/obesity and diabetes raised. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of overweight/obesity,hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia between different energy supply ratios. Conclusion: 1.The prevalence of chronic diseases was higher than that of other places. The main risk factors for chronic diseases were age over 45 years old,overweight/obesity,central obesity,divorce/widowed,low level of education.2.The dietary structure of this residents is irrational, milk, eggs, aquatic products, soybeans and nuts, protein and fat energy supply is high, nutrient intake is not balanced, and dietary iron is mainly plant-derived.3.With the increase in carbohydrate, the prevalence of hypertension increases;the risk of overweight/obesity is significantly increased;dietary fiber increases, can effectively reduce the risk of overweight / obesity and diabetes. |
