Objective: DNA repair genes play an important role in progression of bladder cancer. We aimed to assess the seven DNA Repair Genes 32 Polymorphisms Correlation With the susceptibility and prognosis of Bladder Cancer. Methods: TaqMan genotyping was employed on 227 bladder cancer patients we choosed and asses the assiocation with prognosis factors.Principal Findings: we found that APEX1 rs1130409(P < 0.001)showed significant related with the smoking people’s susceptibility of bladder cancer. The risk of becoming a high-grade tumor was lower in non-carries than variant alleles :APEX1 rs3136817(P < 0.001),XRCC1 rs3213356(P < 0.001),MUTYH rs3219493(P < 0.001).Tumor relapse common recurrent in variant alleles compared with non-carriers in APEX1 rs3136817 and XRCC2 rs3218454(P < 0.001;P < 0.001,respectively).The OS was longer in variant alleles of PARP1 rs1805415 than in non-carrie(P = 0.02;P = 0.04).Conclusion: Polymorphisms of DNA repair genes SNPs are significant associated with the clinical feature and prognosis of bladder cancer.
