Objective: To investigate and analyze the related risk factors of coronary interventional therapy group(PCI)and pure coronary angiography group(non-PCI)of coronary heart disease and understand their characteristics to provide certain theoretical basis for targeted prevention of coronary heart disease,To study the relationship between the patients with coronary heart disease underwent PCI and risk factors, for the prevention of coronary heart disease, clinical intervention, monitoring and follow-up to provide a theoretical basis, combined with clinical practice of coronary heart disease classification management, targeted management of health management strategy suggestions,in order to achieve the purpose of effectively saving medical resourcesMethods:(1)Extract 350 cases(valid data 322 cases)of coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina pectoris who were hospitalized in the Vasculocardiology Deparment,Xijing Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University from June 1,2014 to May 31,2015 as the study object using a randomized sampling method;(2)Collect patients’ demographic data, physiological indicators, past history, personal history and situation of operation;(3)Questionnaire: education level, marital status, medical reimbursement type,Eating behavior, exercise, rest behavior, work intensity, previous illness,etc;(4)The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistic software. The factor analysis of the measurement data using t test, count data using chi square test for 2 single factor screening, multivariate analysis using Logistic regression on all indexes and then screened. Results: 1.Investigation on prevalence rate of risk factors of coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI:(1)Obesity and overweight accounted for 58.70%,with male and female 61.74% and 51.65% respectively, male PCI group and non-PCI group 60.98% and 62.04% respectively and female PCI group and non-PCI group 47.22% and 54.55% respectively.(2)The prevalence rate of hypertension was 63.04%,with male and female 59.74% and 71.43% respectively, male PCI group and non-PCI group 51.22% and 69.44% respectively and female PCI group and non-PCI group 86.11%、61.82% respectively.(3)The abnormal rate of dyslipidemia was 69.25%,with male and female 72.72% and 60.44% respectively, male PCI group and non-PCI group 80.49% and 63.89% respectively, female PCI group and non-PCI group 75.00% and 50.91% respectively.(4)The prevalence rate of diabetes was 33.54%,with male and female 33.77% and 32.97% respectively, male PCI group and non PCI group 37.40% and 29.62% respectively, female PCI group and non-PCI group 41.67% and 27.27% respectively.(5)The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 25.47%,with male and female 23.81% and 29.67% respectively, male PCI group and non-PCI group 26.02% and 21.30% respectively and female PCI group and non-PCI group 47.22% and 18.18% respectively.2.Study on the related factors of PCI patients with coronary heart disease:(1)single factor analysis showed that the PCI group with a variety of factors, which factors are related mainly include HDL-C,Apo B,non Mb,dyslipidemia, smoking, sex, old myocardial infarction, culture degree, negative relationship is HDL-C.Multivariate analysis showed that the positive related factors included smoking and old myocardial infarction.(2)single factor analysis showed that the male PCI group with a variety of factors, which are mainly related to the factors including TC,Apo B,non HDL-C,dyslipidemia,smoking,a negative relationship including systolic blood pressure, pulse, blood pressure.Multivariate analysis showed that the positive correlation factors were smoking, and the negative related factors included hypertension and pulse.(3)single factor analysis showed that female PCI group was positively related to dyslipidemia, hypertension,MS,old myocardial infarction and PCI.Multivariate analysis showed positive correlation with PCI.Conclusion: The prevalence rate is higher than that of non PCI group related diseases in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI,associated with a variety of factors,it is recommended to strengthen universal education related knowledge of residents of coronary heart disease, the establishment of an effective screening network for the patients with coronary heart disease, classification management, and strengthen the follow-up management and PCI operation after discharge, health guidance and scientific research according to the follow-up data.
