With the development and popularity of mobile intelligent terminal, wisdom medical technology opens a new window for medical field, which combines intelligent terminal and medical testing equipment. Measuring physiological indexes through the smart phone can provided with a quick and efficient means of routine health examination. Meanwhile, it also can alleviate the plight of our country medical resources shortage, improve the utilization rate of health resources and help people reduce the medical cost.Heart rate detection based on images is a contact heart rate detection method of combination of images and image PPG technology which can be used to obtain a variety of vital signs parameters of the human body, such as heart rate, heart rate variability and so on.Using the smart phone’s camera, without changing people’s daily life habits, anytime, anywhere, low cost, noninvasive realizes the daily monitoring for the human heart. Meanwhile, it can also analyses the heart rate variability, simple evaluate mental stress condition under the current state.Based on this, this article will noninvasive detection of heart rate values and mobile intelligent terminal to combine,focuses on signal to noise and real-time accurate heart rate value is calculated on the intelligent terminal. Based on this, this article will noninvasive combine detection of heart rate values and mobile intelligent terminal, focusing on processing signal to noise and real-time accurate calculating heart rate value on the intelligent terminal. We study the content mainly includes the following three parts:1 For PPG signals of the fingertip, we design processing algorithm to eliminate the serious influence of heart rate value interference noise, and design difference threshold algorithm to complete the extreme value point detection.2 On the basis of the accurate identification of extreme value point, according to the adjacent extreme value point can measure heart rate. Meanwhile, equaling the two adjacent mini point between the period to between the R wave period, we can acquire HRV signal. Using the HRV signal, we can analyses heart rate variability, studying the relationship between HRV signal and the mental pressure.3 We design and develop APP software based on the android system. The software system includes signal acquisition module, data management module, analysis moduleand the UI interface module, verifying the feasibility of the algorithm in the intelligent terminal.The test results show that the software works well. This paper puts forward the difference threshold algorithm was 3.5% higher than that of traditional algorithm on the accurate measurement results Compared with standard heart rate meter, effective error between the measured value and the actual value and is within 5%.The system can satisfy the requirement of intelligent terminal measuring the heart rate.
