Analysis Of The Clinical Manifestation And Outcome Of Single Intrauterine Fetal Death In 15 Cases Of Twin Pregnancy

Objective: Along with the development of assisted reproductive technology and ovulation induction treatment is increasingly mature,the incidence of the twins even multiple pregnancies and its complications increased significantly,one of the twin pregnancy fetal intrauterine death in the past this particularly rare and very thorny complications with the increase in the number of twin pregnancy also increases gradually.The management of pregnancy is controversial because clinicians have to prevent the survival rate of preterm babies from surviving fetuses,and to avoid the effects of stillbirth on pregnant women and living fetuses.But there is not a consensus on standards to guide the disease management,so this paper based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of fetal prognosis of twin pregnancy with intrauterine death analysis,to explore how to give better management of medical disease.Methods: the clinical data of 15 cases of intrauterine fetal death in our hospital since the establishment of electronic medical records were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The results:Of the 15 cases,2 gave up the treatment and the induction was induced.The other 13 patients were given expectant treatment.Of the 13 expectant treatment cases,2 were selected for spontaneous delivery,the other 11 underwent caesarean section,1 died immediately after birth,3 gave up treatment after birth,and the other 9 patients were discharged from hospital.13 cases of amniotic fluid developed II degrees-III degrees pollution in 8 cases,3 cases of intrauterine infection,2 cases of postpartum hemorrhageConclusion: for one of the twin pregnancy fetal intrauterine death of pregnant women and fetal survival can adopt expectant treatment to observe and detect fetal intrauterine in general,making it possible to improve the fetus of the fetus in utero survival time.
