Objective: To explore the value of soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor(su PAR)level and Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)severity and its influence factors.Method: A total of 321 consecutive patients with chest pain hospitalized in Lanzhou university first hospital heart center from March 2015 to September 2016 were included.They were divided into ACS(n=228)and control group(n=93)by the result of coronary angiography(CAG),laboratory examination and Clinical presentations,Plasma su PAR and high sensitive C reaction protein(hsCRP)levels measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were compared among the groups.Result: Plasma su PAR levels was independent risk fac tor for ACS(OR=0.104,P<0.01,95% CI:0.048-0.223).The plasma su PAR level in the ACS group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.01).In the ACS group,plasma su PAR level increased with the increase of Gensini score;The ROC curve showed that the optimal cut-off point for su PAR to predict ACS was 1.8ug /L.sensitivity 0.732,specificity 0.71.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that smoking,Gensini score and uric acid were the main factors affecting plasma su PAR level.Conclusion: Elevated plasma su PAR levels were associated with coronary artery stenosis in ACS patients,and the level of su PAR in plasma was increasing as the Gensini score of coronary artery stenosis increased,which was superior to the traditional inflammatory marker hs-CRP ACS patients are likely to be new biomarkers that predict the extent of coronary artery stenosis and risk stratification in ACS patients.
