Clinical Observation On Effect Of Attenuation And Synergism In Yisui Shengxue Decoction On The Spleen-lung Qi Deficiency Type Of NSCLC Pulmonary Chemotherapy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yisui Shengxue Decoction on the spleen-lung qi deficiency type of pulmonary chemotherapy to verify the clinical applicability of Yisui Shengxue Decoction on the effect of attenuation and synergism for spleen-lung qi deficiency type of pulmonary chemotherapy.Methods: 60 cases of the spleen-lung qi deficiency type of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)who met the inclusive criteria were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into two groups,that was 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,corresponding medicines were given for clinical treatment,respectively.TCM syndromes,Karnofsky score,tumor size,WHO chemotherapy toxicity reaction in both groups were compared.Result: After statistical analysis,there was no significant differences between the two groups before the treatment in the general data.Both groups had improvements after treatment,the improvements in TCM syndromes and reducing chemotherapy toxicity reaction in the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion: The effect of Yisui Shengxue Decoction on chemotherapy was poor,however,it could significantly improve the TCM syndromes of cough and expectoration in patients,it also could effectively prevent the toxic side effects caused by chemotherapy such as myelosuppression.
