On The Road And The Patellar Patellar Ligament In The Tibia Intramedullary Nail Compared The Clinical Efficacy Of Treatment Of Tibial Fractures

Objective: By comparison,conduct a survey on Clinical efficacy of new META-NAIL tibia intramedullary nail patella-patellar ligament approach and the closed internal fixation of the patellar ligament approach in the treatment of tibial fracturesMethods: Analyze 40 patients of Tibial fractures who stayed in hospital with complete material.I divided them into two groups randomly “ A and B”,with each group 20 patients.I performed new META-NAIL tibia intramedullary nail patella-patellar ligament approach on the A group,B another method.By comparing the two groups’ operation time 、 number of times of medical perspective during the operation、blood loss during the operation、recovery rate 、prepatellar postoperative pain and according to Johner-Wuchs standard,I comment on two groups’ Postoperative function.Results: All the patients were given following visit for nine to twelve months averaging 10.3 months.During the visit,I found the nails function well.Three patients recovered later than expected –one from Group A and two Group B.One from group B recovered deformingly.During the following 12-month visit,recovery rate of group A came to 100%,group B 95%,which has no Statistics Significance.Operation time of Group A lasted from 70 to 180 minutes averaging 122.2 minutes and Group B 90-215 minutes averaging 158.5 minutes which has no Statistics Significance.Group A’s blood loss was from 60-150 ml averaging 86.15 ml and Group B 65-120 ml averaging 90.5ml,which has no Statistics Significance.Number of times of medical perspective is 12 to 30 averaging 18.8 and Group B 26 to 50 averaging 35.35,which has no Statistics Significance.One from Group A has Prepatellar postoperative pain and 4 from Group B which has Statistics Significance.Based on Johner-Wuchs Standard,Postoperative function’s scores are between 78 to 100.Group A include 16 excellent ones,4 good,Group B 12 excellent and 7 good.Group A’s Excellent rate reaches 100% and Group B 95%,which has no Statistics Significance.Conclusions:To the treatment of tibial fractures,ideal results can be achieved whether I use new META-NAIL tibia intramedullary nail patella-patellar ligament approach or the closed internal fixation of the patellar ligament approach.Group A use less medical perspectives,resulting in less Prepatellar postoperative pain,so the new META-NAIL tibia intramedullary nail patella-patellar ligament approach is worth spreading.
