Study On The Correlation Between Clinical Features And TCM Syndrome Types Of 150 Children With Influenza A Virus In Ji’nan Area

Objective: To analyze the clinical features of pediatric influenza A virus pneumonia,observe the relationship between type A influenza virus pneumonia infection and TCM syndrome differentiation,in order for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric influenza A virus pneumonia type provides the basis of diagnosis and treatment.Methods: To collect the clinical data of 150 cases of hospitalized children in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in December1 st December 1,2015 ~2016 pediatric influenza A virus pneumonia,and the TCM syndrome type with SPSS20 statistical software and analysis of the clinical characteristics of children with type A influenza virus pneumonia,relationship between the distribution of constitution.Results: There is an obvious correlation between the age of influenza virus A in children with pneumonia,infants and preschool children are susceptible to disease;autumn,winter;and high fever,long duration;common in children suffering from influenza A virus pneumonia are fever;influenza virus A and other pathogens easily mixed with white blood cell disease;the value of normal;the TCM syndrome type in the age of onset,course of disease,there are significant differences on the season(P < 0.01),there are differences in the physical aspects(P < 0.05).Conclusion: A type influenza virus pneumonia in children has its unique characteristics of the disease,its incidence and age,season,physical fitness is closely related to influenza virus pneumonia in children;A also has its unique features of TCM syndrome,damp heat in the lung,wind heat closed lungs,phlegm heat obstructing the lung syndrome,physical pneumonia of influenza virus type A in lung and spleen II type,master clinical characteristics of the pathogenesis is helpful to improve the clinical effect and TCM,has clinical application value.
