Objective: To observe the changes of Doppler ultrasound and CTA images in patients with nutcracker syndrome(NCS),Combined with clinical manifestations and analysis of ultrasound parameters and CT parameters in the diagnosis of NCS value. To explore the consistency and correlation of CT and ultrasound and to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of both. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of NCS patients with low frequency ultrasound observation of the abdominal aorta, superior mesenteric artery and left renal vein,to observe the vascular morphology, measuring the Aortomesenteric angle size, measure the diameter of the left renal vein at the widest and narrowest and calculate their ratios.Twenty-five patients were examined by CTA,we observed the vascular morphology of the abdominal aorta and superior mesenteric artery, measure the diameter of the left renal vein at the widest and narrowest and calculate their ratios, measuring the Aortomesenteric angle size, using three-dimensional reconstruction to show the morphology and anatomical structure and location of blood vessels. Results: Supine position LRV diameter ratio(a/b)≥3 patients:ultrasound diagnosis results in 55 cases(55/60),about 91.7%;CT diagnosis of 22(22/25)cases,about 88.0%;θ≤40: ultrasound diagnosis of 52(52/60)cases,about 86.7%;CTA diagnosis of 23(23/25)cases,about 92.0%.The ultrasonographic analysis of 60 patients with NCS showed that there was a linear correlation between the a/b ratio and the angleθ,and the result was-1 <r=-0.662 <0,P<0.05.Analysis of the results of CTA and ultrasound in 25 patients with NCS showed that the intraobserver agreement test: 0<k≤1;independence test: P<0.05;contingency coefficient: rp =0.396,P<0.05;McNemar test:P>0.05.Conclusion: 1.Ultrasound and CTA have high sensitivity to NCS,ultrasound method is reliable, convenient and safe;CTA can clearly show the lesion, intuitive evaluation of the size of the angle and LRV degree of compression and luminal stenosis.2.The ratio of LRV diameter is negatively correlated with the angle.3.The consistency of the two methods is moderate, the degree of association in general, the two diagnostic methods are independent of each other, each have their own advantages.
