Objective: Analysis of the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes, symptoms and signs in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, explore the correlation between TCM syndrome type and objective test index of dilated cardiomyopathy,so as to provide reference for objective and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation diagnosis. Methods: We selected 131 cases who were suspecting diagnosed as DCM and25 cases of healthy population.Collecting the information from the TCM four diagnostic methods, results of biology test and echocardiography of them.We analyzed the clinical symptom characteristics with the frequency statistics and cluster analysis, and the relationship between the TCM syndromes and the clinical indexes with The single factor analysis, rank correlation, logistic regression analysis and discriminant analysis.Result: 1.By analyzing the clinical features of dilated cardiomyopathy,we suggest that the incidence of this disease is mainly middle-aged and elderly, and that men are more than women.Chest tightness, palpitation and fatigue were the main symptoms, and the tongue and vein were mainly characterized by dark tongue and deep pulse.Cluster analysis was used to obtain four main syndromes.2.Single factor analysis indicated that there were 17 indexes in theTCM Syndromes of this disease. The changes of the indexes of cardiac function were roughly consistent with the syndrome of Qi Yin deficiency to deficiency of heart-yang and the syndrome of phlegm accumulation was gradually aggravated.3.NT-proBNP is the most sensitive index for the diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy by rank correlation.Logistic regression analysis was used to show that:The decrease of Cl-and HDL and the elevation of RDW-SD are related to each syndrome type of dilated cardiomyopathy. The deficiency of Qi and Yin may be related to the decrease of FS,the increase of the left and right atria, and the increase of lipoprotein(α).The decrease of LVEF,FS,ascending aorta diameter and left atrium anteroposterior diameter may be related to the deficiency of heart-yang.The phlegm accumulation syndrome is related to the increase of lipoprotein(α)and the increase of RDW-SD.4.By discriminant analysis,NT-proBNP may be related to the determination of Qi Yin deficiency syndrome.FS may be related to the syndrome of the deficiency of heart-yang;HDL and lipoprotein(alpha)may be related to the judgement of phlegm accumulation syndrome.Conclusion:1.The incidence of dilated cardiomyopathy in middle-aged men is higher. The main symptoms are chest tightness, heart palpitations and fatigue. The main tongue veins are dark and sunken. The syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin,and Yang deficiency and stagnation of yin and yang are the main syndromes of this disease.deficiency of heart-yang and the syndrome of phlegm accumulation.2.Dilated cardiomyopathy is caused by the deficiency of Qi and Yin,the deficiency of the heart Yang and the stagnation of phlegm.3.NT-proBNP,HDL,FS and lipoprotein(alpha)may be of some value in the differentiation of TCM Syndromes of this disease.
