Research On Ganmao Tuire Granules Quality Control Optimization And Compatibility Relations

Ganmao Tuire Granules contains version of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" in 2010,consisting of four herbs by the Folium,Radix,Forsythia and Bistort Rhizome,the function is heat clearing and detoxicating,dispelling wind diaphoresis and so on.Firstly,to establish the quality control of Ganmao Tuire Granules,Folium,Radix,Forsythia and Bistort Rhizome were identified by TLC with the spots clear and reproducible.Contrast Pharmacopoeia increased qualitative identification of Radix and Bistort Rhizome.Quantitative assays are performed on active components of Epigoitrin and Forsythin by HPLC.Contrast Pharmacopoeia increased the Epigoitrin quantitative analysis and to optimize the quantitative analysis methods of Forsythin,saving both time and cost savings.Epigoitrin and Forsythin have good linearity within the range of 0.01028～0.05140μg/mL(r=0.9999),0.1005～1.6080μg/mL(r=1.0000).And the average recoveries of them are 100.6%(RSD=0.8297%),100.2%(RSD=0.6962%)respectively.Provided a qualitative and quantitative analysis for the mass evaluation methods of Ganmao Tuire Granules.Secondly,To establish a method for determination of Epigoitrin and Forsythin contents simultaneously in Ganmao Tuire Granules by HPLC.And to determine Epigoitrin and Forsythin of Ganmao Tuire Granules from different pharmaceutical factories.The results show that the Forsythin content in Ganmao Tuire Granules was little different and the Epigoitrin content was obviously different from different pharmaceutical factories.That is why the quality control is very necessary of Radix.Finally,the chemical components of Ganmao Tuire Granules and its compatible products were identified under different wavelength by HPLC.The experiment of changing the chemical composition of compatibility in Ganmao Tuire Granules to conducted a preliminary exploration.
