Objective:To exploer the risk factors of acute panereatitis (AP) after implementatioll of Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopan creatography (ERCP)+endoscopic sphiterot-omy(EST) in patients with common bile duct stones. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical information of 85 cases of Common bile duct stones treated by ERCP+EST in the Second Affiliated hospital of Kun Ming Me-dical University from January.2014 to January.2017.the predisposing factors to AP were anal- yzed by univariate analysis and muhivariate regression analysis.Results:26 patients developed acture pancreatitis of 85 patients totally after the ERC P+EST.The AP rate was 30.6 %.Univariate analysis showed AP seems to be associat-ed with ENBD,macadam, difficult intubation, long operation time, intubation,Pancreatic history and pancreatic underveloped.Ultivariate logistic regression indicated only E-NBD,difficult intubation, long operation time, and pancreatic history ,pancreatic under-veloped are independent influence factors of AP.Conclusions:1.The operater,s risk factors of AP after implementatioll of ERCP+EST in patients with common bile duct stones include:ENBD,difficult intubation, intubation, long ope-ration time, macadam and pancreatic underveloped. While, only ENBD,difficult intuba-tion,long operation time and pancreatic underveloped are independent operater,s influ-ence factors of AP.2.Pancreatic history is independent patient’s influence factors of AP after imple-ementatioll of ERCP+EST.3.The acute pancreatitis risk factors of ERCP+ EST treatment of common bile duct stones complicated, we should fully aware of the importance of these risk factors, strict control of surgical indications and contraindications standardized surgery ,try to avoid or reduce the independent risk factors of AP , and keep ENBD tube drainage s-mooth can effectively reduce the incidence of AP.
