China’s poverty-stricken areas of rural population,they are fully built on the road to a moderately prosperous society need to focus on helping the object,but first of all only to protect their health,in order to promote their economic development and development.However,in the poverty-stricken areas of our country,farmers’"difficult to see a doctor" is still present and more serious,medical services are scarce.Compared with urban areas or rural areas in developed areas,rural medical services in poor areas are lagging behind,and urban and rural medical services are extremely poor Balance,how to effectively improve the rural areas of poor people’s medical services has become the focus of the problem.Combined with the special properties of medical products,the need to clear the government in the provision of medical services in the dominant position,rationalize the government behavior,play a government function.At the same time,for the medical institutions should strengthen management,promote the division of labor and medical cooperation,for the rural areas of poverty in China to provide effective medical services.In this paper,I read a lot of literature,the relevant concepts of rural medical services in China have some understanding,clear for the poor areas of farmers to provide medical services significance and importance,combined with the actual case from the case to show China’s rural areas of poverty in rural areas The existing problems such as lack of medical institutions,backwardness of medical facilities and low quality of service.The analysis of the existing problems of rural medical services in poverty-stricken areas is carried out in combination with the reality.The system is not perfect,Complete,village,township,county medical institutions are not smooth operation of several angles,analysis of the poor rural areas of China’s rural areas to see a doctor difficult to see a doctor’s specific problems,in-depth study and analysis led to the problem caused by deep-seated reasons,I try in the law Policy is not specific,lack of medical personnel training,lack of financial investment,medical institutions,there are disputes and other aspects of the start.On the basis of this,the author also tries to make a comparative study on the development of medical service in the three countries of the United States,India and Singapore.Combining with the concrete practice of rural areas in poverty-stricken areas in China,we try to draw lessons from foreign positive experience and try to improve the rural areas The path to the implementation of medical services.For example,the government to establish and improve laws and regulations,increase financial investment,strengthen the education of medical personnel training,attract talent to rural services,improve poverty in rural areas of rural health infrastructure,optimize the poor areas of farmers to seek medical environment and so on.This article tries to provide medical services to rural poor areas as much as possible to alleviate the problem of medical treatment.
