Background:The heart disease of coronary is the major cardiovascular disease that threatens the health of elderly population,the mortality accounted 40% of its residents mortality.New research suggests that EAT(Epicardial adipose tissue)maybe an important risk factor for the heart disease of coronary.EAT can be used as a non-invasive prediction indicators.EAT is the fat tissue fibers between cardiac pericardium and fibrous pericardium.EAT contact between myocardial function anatomy are relatively close,by the coronary artery blood supply.Therefore,epicardial adipose tissue plays a vital role in the pathophysiological process of myocardium and coronary artery.Epicardial fat not only gives the myocardial energy,at the same time fat factor,produces a variety of bioactive inflammatory factor,and the inflammation factor in coronary endarteritis caused at the same time.The process of coronary atherosclerosis have been intensified,in the right role in development and incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD).A large number of studies have shown that intervention of epicardial fat may be as a new starting point,and coronary heart disease(CHD)provides a new therapeutic direction.Objective:This study based on the epicardial fat volume measurement is to observe its effect on coronary heart disease(CHD)and is a high risk factor for coronary heart disease.About the detection of epicardial fat volume is mainly done by spiral CT,combined with CT to observe EATV progress of coronary heart disease incidence and severity of impact.Methods:The patients were selected from October 2015 to April 2016 for 64 row helical CT scanning patients with coronary artery,and at the same time hospitalization for patients with coronary angiography.The dinical materials of 156 patients with of coronary heart disease,according to the specific diagnostic screening patients,including 58 women,98 men,with an average age of 56.5±6.3 years old.Will be under 156 patients according to the spiral CT coronary artery is a narrow grouping,which did not see the narrow arteries to coronary heart disease group,a total of 47 cases,the rest for coronary heart disease group,a total of 109 cases.The selection of routine inspection c-reactive protein and blood lipid in hospitalized patients,blood sugar and biochemical indexes such as liver and kidney function were measured.The patient’s general clinical data were recorded.The coronary atherosclerosis degree were detected philips production 64 row 128 layer spiral CT scanning in patients with coronary artery.Using the PICS image post-processing workstation and heart switch control system restructuring degree of coronary atherosclerosis and to EATV measurements.The coronary pathological changes were showed by coronary CT and coronary angiography examination.According to the degree of coronary atherosclerosis lesions.Gensini score were evaluated.The statistical analysis was done,P < 0.05 have statistical difference.Results:Through statistics of coronary heart disease patient’s age and gender,past history,smoking history,comparing the indicators such as blood fat liver and kidney function,had no statistical difference.Measurement of coronary heart disease group EATV value of 137.68±22.36 cm3,after coronary heart disease group EATV value of 193.67±29.58 cm3,after EATV content in coronary heart disease group was obviously higher than that of the group,coronary heart disease and obesity group is bigger than the epicardial fat volume to underweight,obesity epicardial fat volume was significantly greater than normal group,two groups of contrast numerical difference has significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),that obesity and EATV values are a risk factor for coronary heart disease(CHD).Coronary angiography results are divided into three groups: mild stenosis is a total of 42 cases of mild stenosis group,the pathological changes of 146,Gensini product 9.3±5.6 points;Moderate stenosis is a total of 38 cases of moderate stenosis group,the pathological changes of 128,Gensini product 29.3±7.9 points;Severe stenosis is a total of 29 cases of severe stenosis group,the pathological changes in 97,50.8±13.9 Gensini score.Epicardial fat volume and Gensini score was significantly positive correlation.According to the lesion count was divided into three groups,50 cases with single lesion group.Double branch lesion group of 36 cases,vascular lesions 23 cases,three or more can be found after coronary angiography EATV values count is related with pathological changes,the maximum EATV was occurred in three coronary stenosis or lesions,double branch lesions and pathological changes of three groups EATV value difference is not big,no statistical meaning righteousness;But single lesion group EATV values with two,three lesion group EATV value gap is larger,with a statistical means.Conclusion:Epicardial adipose tissue volume is larger,the more the number of coronary artery lesions,three pathological changes of patients EATV the highest value,both show significant correlation.Epicardial adipose tissue is an indicator of degree of coronary atherosclerosis,has a huge role in the development of coronary heart disease(CHD),is of great significance for predicting coronary heart disease.It is widely accepted as a predictor for coronary heart disease(CHD).
