Clinicalobservation Of Qifu Tang In Treatment Of Heartkidney Yang Deficiency Of Heart Failure

Objective: Through the curative effect and safety that the QIFUTANG treat cases of heart kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic heart failure,to explore the diagnosis and treatment with QIFUTANG heart kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic heart failure clinical mechanismAccording:This study selected cases of Western medicine for chronic heart failure(Heart function:Ⅱ~Ⅲ),Syndrome differentiation for heart patients with kidney Yang deficiency type.To accord with standard of this clinical study included 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group on the basis of taking the conventional western medicine,Add QIFUTANG decoction;The control group on conventional western medicine treatment,Period of treatment is 4 weeks.After 4 weeks to observe the curative effect of treatment group and control group in the treatment of middle of the back function comparison,the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment of TCM symptoms curative effect,the treatment group and control group allergic C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)before and after treatment comparison of and comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group and control group in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)comparison of before and after treatment and compared between the two groups after treatment,treatment group and control group in serum BNP NT-pro(N terminal brain peptide precursor)comparison of before and after treatment and after treatment comparison between the two groups.Observe the change of the two groups of patients safety index before and after the treatment,including blood,urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,etc.Results:Clinical studies have shown that the treatment group and control group in improving cardiac function also had an improved curative effect,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group and control group in the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect are improved,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group and control group of hs-CRP values are lower,the treatment group than the control group reduced more significantly(P < 0.05);Treatment group and control group in the NT-pro BNP values are lower,the treatment group(NT-pro BNP value decreased obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Numerical increased LVEF treatment group and control group,treatment group increased LVEF value is superior to the control group(P < 0.05);Treatment group and control group before and after treatment the blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function had no obvious change.Conclusion:(1)QIFUTANG treating heart kidney Yang deficiency in chronic heart failure has significant curative effect,can improve patients’ cardiac function and symptoms in TCM.(2)QIFUTANG can significantly reduce heart kidney Yang deficiency type of CRP of patients with chronic heart failure and the NT-pro BNP levels,can improve patients’ cardiac function(3)QIFUTANG can improve patients of heart kidney Yang deficiencywith chronic heart failure LVEF value,improve the heart left ventricular systolic function.
