| Objective To investigate the expression and significance of P75 NTR in rabbits’ nonunion local tissues of fracture.Methods 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into A,B,and C three groups,each with 10.Group A was the models of nonunion of fracture,group B was the models of fracture,and group C was normal control.After nonunion of fracture models were established successfully and the fracture model was healed,the expression of P75 NTR in three groups were detected by immunohistochemistry,western blotting and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 pathological image analysis software,then the average absorbance value and the ratio of P75 NTR to β-action were measured.Results The P75 NTR average optical density of the nonunion of fracture group,the fracture group and the normal control were 0.328 7±0.041 9,0.026 7±0.018 7 and 0.015 9±0.013 6 respectively.There was significant difference between the nonunion group and the other two groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant differences between the fracture group and the normal control(P>0.05);The ratio of P75 NTR to β-action of the nonunion group,the fracture group and the normal control were 3.643 4±0.059 6,0.139 0±0.029 4 and 0.148 9±0.031 7 respectively.There was significant difference between the nonunion group and the other two groups(P<0.05),however,there was no significant differences between the fracture group and the normal control(P>0.05).The expression of P75 NTR in the nonunion group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P <0.05),whereas there was no significant difference in fracture group and normal control(P> 0.05).Conclusion P75 NTR expressed in rabbits nonunion local tissues of fracture and its expression was significantly higher than that in fracture group and normal control.P75 NTR may be an important factor in nonunion of fracture formation. |
