Objective:The first order kernel(FOK)of visual electrophysiological multifocal electroretinogram(mfERG)was used to detect the retinal function of patients with high myopia complicated with macular choroidal neovascularization and patients with high myopia,and to explore the difference between the two groups.Methods:40 patients(60 eyes)with high myopia diagnosed in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as random subjects.According to the results of the fundus examination the patients were divided into two groups: In the experimental group 20 patients(30 eyes)with high myopia complicated with macular choroidal neovascularization;In the control group 20 patients(30 eyes)with high myopia.All of the RET scan3.2 visual electrophysio graphs were examined to record the waveforms of the first order kernel(FOK)of multifocal electroretinogram(mfERG),and the five hexagones of the five rings of the macular fovea.The corresponding response wave as the research content,analysis of P1 wave and N1 wave amplitude and implicit time(IT)changes.The above results were analyzed and analyzed statistically.Result:1、Compared with the high myopia patients,the high myopia complicated with macular choroidal neovascularization patients in age,gender,eye,history,refraction,axial length were all no significant changes(P>0.05).2、The high myopia complicated with macular choroidal neovascularization patients in the multifocal electroretinogram P1 wave ring 1 to ring 5 amplitude was all significantly reduced,all implicit time(IT)significantly delayed(P<0.05);N1 wave ring 1 to ring 5 amplitude was all significantly reduced,ring 1 implicit time(IT)latency significantly delayed(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multifocal electroretinogram can accurately and objectively reflect the high myopia complicated with macular choroidal neovascularization patients retinal function status,with high clinical significance.
