Purpose:In this paper,20 patients diagnosed with H7N9 avian influenza were enrolled in this study to provide a better approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods : In the first part of this paper,20 cases of H7N9 avian influenza patients were analyzed by follow-up analysis of the characteristics of the onset, clinical manifestations, treatment programs, summed up the epidemiological characteristics of the disease. In the second part of this paper,we analyzed the relationship between these indexes and prognosis by analyzing the laboratory data and radiographic examination of H7N9 avian influenza patients. Results:A total of 20 patients had been admitted into First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from December 2016 to March 2017,the mean age was60.1±11.7 years old,60% of patients had a clear history of exposure,50% of patients had chronic underlying disease, eventually died in 10 cases.by analyzing the results of these 20 patients with H7N9,we found that the average level of platelet count in patients with death was low,CRP and PCT were high, the incidence of multiple drug-resistant infections was extremely high, and the survival rate of white blood cells, platelets, lymphocytes The mean level of count was high, and statistical analysis showed that the levels of platelets,CRP and PCT were closely related to the mortality of patients.Conclusions:H7N9 avian influenza virus pathogenicity can quickly lead to acute respiratory distress syndrome, and even cause multiple organ failure syndrome, high mortality, and PLT,CRP,PCT levels can be used to predict the clinical outcome of patients.
