The Progress Of Research On Febuxostat Tablets In The Treatment Of Gout

Background:Gout is a purine metabolic disorder caused by metabolic disease,but the incidence of gout is different from person to person,everyone is not the same performance,besides a high uric acid hematic disease,clinically can be characterized by chronic arthritis,chronic interstitial nephritis,acute arthritis and joint deformities,urinary stones of uric acid and uratoma.When patients with high uric acid hematic disease associated with the above clinical symptoms,it can be diagnosed as gout.Treatment usually has the following categories of drugs : uricosuric drugs,inhibit the formation of uric acid drugs,alkaline drugs,colchicine,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),glucocorticoids and so on.In recent years,with the further understanding of gout,founding a new type of dropping uric acid drug is called febuxostat tablets。They are xanthine oxidase(XO)inhibitors,which inhibit the production of uric acid by inhibiting xanthine oxidase,play a important role in reducing uric acid.They are suitable for the long-term treatment of hyperuricemia with gout symptoms,and are not recommended for the treatment of simplicity hyperuricemia.objective:To provide some references for the clinical treatment of gout by integrating the current research on febuxostat tablets in the treatment of gout.method:The key words of " febuxostat tablets,gout,hyperuricemia" were searched to find out the related research on febuxostat tablets in the treatment of gout,and to summarize the other drugs for the treatment of gout.Result and conclusion:There is a lot of literature about febuxostat and other drugs for the treatment of gout.these findings suggest that febuxostat is the preferred treatment drugs used to treat hyperuricemia with gout symptoms currently.The side effects of febuxostat tablets are relatively small compared to other drugs,and are the most effective drugs in reducing uric acid currently.
