Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and flexible ureteroscope lithtripsy in the treatment of renal calculi <2cm.Methods: clinical data of patients with renal calculi from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital is retrospectively analysed.Depending on the location, size etc, percutaneous nephrolithotomy(n=92)and flexible ureteroscope lithtripsy(n=90)were performed. Two groups of patients were compared with the operation time, fist time stone clearance rate, summary stone clearance rate, postoperative fever rate, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative hemoglobin decrease, postoperative WBC increase and other indicators. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the fist time stone clearance rate, summary stone clearance rate, postoperative fever rate and postoperative WBC increase(P>0.05).The operation time of FURL group was significantly longer than that of group PCNL.However, postoperative hospital stay in group FURL was shorter than that in group PCNL.Postoperative hemoglobin decrease of FURL group is less than that of PCNL group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Compared with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, flexible ureteroscope lithtripsy has less trauma, less bleeding and faster postoperative recovery in the treatment of renal calculi <2cm.Flexible ureteroscope lithtripsy is an ideal surgical method,it is worth promoting. |
