Objective Understanding of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in some coastal cities in Liaoning province and its influence factors for current situation of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in coastal areas to provide classified guidance reference and crowd science iodine supplementation for pregnant women to provide an effective basis.Methods Using cluster Sampling method,for the detection of iodine in urine in June 2015 to 2017 March extraction in a tertiary hospital in the city of prenatal examination and current address for the city in three different counties live for more than a decade of 594 pregnant women morning urine,a questionnaire survey was conducted among pregnant women,understand the iodine intake.To maternal urinary iodine value of the dependent variable,with the population characteristics affect the urinary iodine,iodine nutrition knowledge awareness scoring rate,the use of iodized salt,daily eating habits as independent variables for unconditional logistic regression analysis,screened the influence factors of urinary iodine of pregnant women.Statistical analysis was performed using statistical software SPSS22.0.Results 1.594 cases of pregnant women with urinary iodine range between 11.3μg/L~1133.2μg/L,with a median of 218.4μg/L,the range inter quartile for(P25~P75)144.350μg/L~273.475μg/L;2.Protective factors of iodine deficiency in pregnant women is eat iodized salt,meat,dairy products,seafood,high levels of education,high iodine nutrition awareness scores;risk factors for pregnant women iodine deficiency is career as a farmer and edible millet.In this survey,risk factors for cooking millet is high in iodine,being educated and iodized salt are the protective factor of iodine for pregnant women.;3.Unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that protective factors of iodine deficiency in pregnant women is eat iodized salt,meat,dairy products,seafood,high levels of education,high iodine nutrition awareness scores;risk factors for pregnant women iodine deficiency is career as a farmer and edible millet.In this survey,risk factors for cooking millet is high in iodine,being educated is the protective factor of iodine for pregnant women.Conclusions 1.Current situation of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in the coastal city a good through the crowd of urinary iodine of pregnant women tested at optimum iodine nutrition status,in line with the WHO provides nutrition 2.Protective factors of iodine deficiency in pregnant women is edible meat,under educated,iodine nutrition awareness scores high,iodized salt,dairy and seafood;risk factors for pregnant women iodine deficiency is career as a farmer and edible millet.In this survey,educated and iodized salt is the protective factor of iodine for pregnant women;3.As a sensitive time of iodine intake during pregnancy,should pay attention to reasonable supplementation of iodine,avoid the intake of iodine nutrition lead to adverse effects. |
