The Clinical Orthogonal Design Study For The Optimal Scheme Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:The research selected the optimal scheme of acupuncture treatment for neck type of cervical spondylosis,by mean of orthogonal design to study the 4 factors of technique of filiform needle acupuncture,parameters of electroacupuncture,pressing ear acupoint with bean,functional training,using Visual analogue scale,Clinical symptoms and signs standard and Neck pain questionnaire as observation indicator,to guide the clinical doctor to give better clinical therapeutic effects.Method:This experiment selected 40 neck type of cervical spondylosis patients which were randomly divided into 8 groups according to orthogonal design table and the order of seeing a doctor.According to observation indicator,the scores were respectively recorded before treatment,after 5 and 10 treatments.Results: 1、In view of variance analysis of score difference of VAS,there are statistical significance in difference about technique of filiform needle acupuncture after 5 treatments(p<0.05),and so did in difference about technique of filiform needle acupuncture after 10 treatments(p<0.01).Refer to direct analysis,normal acupoints and ashi canggui tanxue therapy group,electroacupuncture continuous wave,pressing ear acupoint with bean and functional training are the optimal scheme.2、In view of variance analysis of score difference of Clinical symptoms and signs standard,there are statistical significance in difference about pressing ear acupoint with bean after 5 treatments(p<0.05),and so did in difference about technique of filiform needle acupuncture and pressing ear acupoint with bean after 10 treatments(p<0.05).Refer to direct analysis,normal acupoints and ashi canggui tanxue therapy group,electroacupuncture continuous wave,pressing ear acupoint with bean and functional training are the optimal scheme.3、In view of variance analysis of score difference of NPQ,there are statistical significance in difference about pressing ear acupoint with bean after 5 treatments(p<0.05),and so did in difference about technique of filiform needle acupuncture and pressing ear acupoint with bean after 10 treatments(p<0.05).Refer to direct analysis,normal acupoints and ashi canggui tanxue therapy group,electroacupuncture continuous wave,pressing ear acupoint with bean and functional training are the optimal scheme.4、The differences about technique of filiform needle acupuncture are statistically significant among the three methods,indicating that technique of filiform needle acupuncture was put at the most principal position in the 4 factors of the research observation.To a certain extent,acupuncture is also the evidence of the treatment of the disease,as one of the basic and effective way,and with the other three treatments,the efficacy will be better.Combining with direct analysis of three kinds of score,normal acupoints and ashi canggui tanxue therapy group,electroacupuncture continuous wave,pressing ear acupoint with bean and functional training are the optimal therapeutic scheme.Conclusion:According to the results,normal acupoints and ashi canggui tanxue therapy group,electroacupuncture continuous wave,pressing ear acupoint with bean and functional training are the optimal scheme for acupuncture treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis.
