Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Migraine

Objective: This study aimed at by acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of clinical efficacy of 25 cases of migraine patients,and compare its and simple acupuncture treatment of migraine with differences in efficacy and to provide more effective treatment method and clinical treatment of migraine.Methods: 50 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture plus acupoint injection group,the treatment group,the acupuncture point group,namely the control group,two groups of patients with 25 cases.The two groups were treated for four courses,1 times a day,6 times for a course of treatment,the end of the 1 course of treatment 1 days of rest.According to VAS visual analogue scale and clinical curative effect score,two groups of patients were compared between group and group.Results: Efficiency: treatment group and control group.Vas values change: scores before treatment and comparison showed a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05)after two courses of treatment of two groups of patients after treatment and four courses,two courses after treatment in two groups of patients and treatment of four cycles after,were not significant(P > 0.05)differences.Group: after two course of treatment and four courses of treatment,the patients between the two groups scores showed a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),but between the two groups comparison results show that in the treatment group,the analgesic effect is stronger than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of migraine patients with pain relief and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with significant advantages,it is worthy of clinical application.Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy has a significant effect on pain relief after the first treatment.Compared with the simple acupuncture treatment group,the improvement of clinicalsymptoms is more prominent in the treatment group after treatment for the first time.
