| Objective: The observation of huanglianwendan Decoction in the treatment of abdominal obesity with type 2 diabetes clinical efficacy of insulin resistance,is to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine research and provide a new idea.Methods: 60 cases of damp heat accumulation type 2 diabetes type of abdominal obesity and insulin resistance were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.In a strict diet,exercise therapy,control group was given metformin tablets 0.5g Tid,treatment group in the control group based treatment the scheme,with Huanglianwendan decoction,one dose of the day.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of blood glucose,blood fat,waist circumference,hemoglobin,HOMA-IR,BMI,serum free fatty acid index and TCM symptom score,and blood routine,liver function,renal function and other safety changes the index and statistical analysis.Results: Comparing the integrated effect of the two groups after treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 86.7%,control group total effective rate was 70%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment of TCM symptom score of the two groups were decreased,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group of patients with blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting insulin,blood lipid,HOMA-IR,free fatty acids,abdominal circumference,BMI index improvement,and is better than the control group(P<0.05).Significant changes in safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were not found.Conclusion: Huanglianwendan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,HOMA-IR,blood lipid and waist circumference of abdominal obesity type 2 diabetes patients with insulin resistance,and it is safe and effective,which is worthy of further study. |
