The Way Of Strengthening Spleen And Lung Of Intervention In Early Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Clinical Research

Objective: This research is going to observe the clinical curative effect of the prescription,using the way of Strengthening Spleen and Lung to treat lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome of early chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,explore the mechanism of action and provide an early detective and treatment method.Methods:(1)Sixty patients conforming to the inclusion standards were randomly divided into a treatment group(n = 30)and a control group(n = 30).(2)Give both group the basic treatment and the treatment group combined with Chinese prescription for 4 weeks.(3)Record the clinical effect,TCM symptom score,pulmonary function(FEV1%pred,and FEF50%pred,and FEF75%pred),CAT score for statistical analysis by SPSS19.0.Results:(1)The clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group(84.6%vs67.9%,p<0.05).(2)TCM symptom score: compared with before treatment,TCM symptom score,decreased in two group;after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group(p<0.01).(3)pulmonary function(FEV1%pred,and FEF50%pred,and FEF75%pred): in terms of improving FEV1%pred,,FEF50%pred,FEF75%pred,after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,was statistically significant.(p<0.05).(4)CAT score: after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,was statistically significant.(p<0.05).Conclusion: the clinical curative effect of the prescription,according to the way of Strengthening Spleen and Lung,which is composed of Liu Jun Zi decoction and Yu Ping Feng Powder,is remarkable.This prescription can relief the symptom and preserve the pulmonary function.We can use this intervention to prevent the early COPD deteriorate.
