Clinical Analysis Of The Treatment Of Placenta Accreta With E-leng-yuan-kun Mixture Combined With Western Medicine

Objective: Through retrospective analysis to investigate the pathogenic factors of placenta implantation,and summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of E-Leng-Yuan-Kun mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of placenta implantation,in order to find an effective,safer and less toxic drug treatment,provide a good guidance for the treatment of the disease.Methods: 98 cases of placenta implantation were selected in Shandong Province-owned Hospital maternity ward in January 2014-2016 year in December,according to the ratio of 1:2 were randomly selected 196 cases of placenta implantation were taken as control,two groups of age,educational level,the general data of motherhood research and analysis,to explore the pathogenesis of this disease;according to the treatment of placenta implantation were collected which were divided into three groups: application of E-Leng-YuanKun mixture + methotrexate + mifepristone solution treatment of 30 cases(A group),with 26 cases treated with methotrexate + mifepristone solution(group B),the overall clinical efficacy analysis of two groups,human chorionic gontext the gonadal hormone(serum β-HCG)changes before and after treatment,changes the size of implanted area of placenta,vaginal bleeding and side effects of drugs.Results: Through the placenta implantation group and the same group of placenta accreta clinical characteristics comparative analysis of visible,age,pregnancy,abortion,placenta previa and pregnancy complicated with hypertension disease are the risk factors of placenta implantation,including placenta previa and pregnancy induced hypertension disease is the independent risk factors of placenta implantation.In the aspect of clinical curative effect,the effective rate of A group was 100%,the effective rate of B group was 84.61%.The differences in the two groups(P<0.05).In the lower blood β-HCG value,the two groups after treatment serum β-HCG value of patients have significantly decreased(P<0.01);serum β-HCG after treatment the value of A group decreased more significantly,there was significant difference with B group(P<0.01).In the area of placenta implantation,the two groups after treatment was significantly reduced than before treatment(P<0.01);A group of placenta implantation area reduced with B group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the case of uterine retraction,two groups after treatment than before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.01);A group promoting postpartum uterine repair function was significantly higher than B group,the two groups had significant differences(P<0.01).In the treatment of vaginal bleeding,vaginal bleeding time of A group was significantly shorter in the B group,the two groups had significant differences(P<0.01).The toxicity of drug adverse reaction and side,A group showed loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension and diarrhea,the number of cases of allergic reactions and drug adverse reaction less than B group,differences in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: E-Leng-Yuan-Kun mixture,Methotrexate,Mifepristone three drug combination is an effective method for conservative treatment of placenta accreta,E-Leng-Yuan-Kun mixture can improve clinical efficiency,and reduce the side effects of drugs,but also can promote the repair of uterine and placental implantation of tissue necrosis,shedding,retain the maximum extent of reproduction the function of women,the clinical use of the traditional Chinese medicine is effective,it is worthy of popularization and application.
