| Objectives: To understand the input and output of scientific research in 2006-2015,analyze the factors which may influence the output of scientific research, and provide the theoretical basis for the development of hospital scientific researchMethods: The data of scientific research input and output in 2006-2015 were collected, the change trend of research input and output was analyzed, and the weight of each index was determined by expert scoring method. Finally the data using Epidata3.1 for double entry, using Excel and SPSS softw,are for data collation and analysis. The main analysis methods are descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.Results : 1 .Scientific research input indicators is scientific research personnel, laboratory area,scientific research and other indicators of incentives 7. Scientific research output indicators for scientific research projects,scientific research awards,SCI,monographs and other 13 indicators.2.Scientific research investment: the proportion increased year by year in senior staff, doctoral degree of talent introduction downward trend in the number of out of education, and to participate in academic conferences to participate in the domestic number increases year by year, education and conference, material and financial investment increased; 3.Research areas: Research the output increase the trend in quantity and quality, which in 2008 for the first time to obtain the national project,in 2012 and 2015 respectively the key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,scientific research in 2014 for the first time won provincial first prize two; 4.The correlation analysis of the scientific research input index and output of scientific research is highly related,learned from the statistical results of multiple regression, the main influence factors the output of scientific research is scientific research personnel, introduction of talents, research funding, research award in four aspects.Conclusions: 1 .The overall development trend of scientific research is good,the scientific research input and output increased year by year; 2.Scientific research input and output with high correlation, increase investment in research to effectively improve the output of scientific research; 3. To determine the effect of hospital scientific research main research investment factors, optimization of scientific research resources; 4.The lack of high degree of scientific research personnel, especially the doctorate personnel; 5.The level of depth and breadth of research output is not high, scientific research ability is insufficient; 6. The level of scientific research personnel obviously polarization, the consciousness of scientific research needs to be further improved; 7.
