| Objective: To investigate and compare the drug use among inpatients with depression in different decades,and to show the changes and status quo of medication in depression,providing references for the rational use of drugs in depression.Method: A retrospective study was conducted to collect hospitalized medical records of depressive patients randomly in a psychiatric hospital’s medical records room.A total of 234 medical records were selected,of which 43 in 1995,96 in 2005,95 in 2015.Use the self-made questionnaire to collect the cases of general information,medications situation,etc.,and the data were statistically processed by SPSS19.0.Results: In the 234 medical records,patients aged between 26~50 years old,the average(38.96±6.429)years old,including 96 cases of male(41.0%)and 138 cases of female(59.0%);the total course of disease ranged from 0.5 to 240 months,average(25.34±43.132)months,the hospitalization time ranged from 14 to 192 days,average(42.64±27.928)days.(1)In 1995,40cases(93%)took tricyclic antidepressants,3 cases(7.0%)did not use antidepressants.In 2005,35 cases(36.5%)took tricyclic antidepressants,80 cases(83.3%)patients took new type of antidepressants,the use of the top three were paroxetine,fluoxetine,venlafaxine and citalopram.In 2015,all cases were took the new type antidepressants,only 1 case took tricyclic antidepressant.(2)In 1995,34 cases(79.1%)took one antidepressant,3cases(7%)took two antidepressants at the same time.In 2005,66 cases(68.8%)took one antidepressant,17 cases(17.7%)took two antidepressants at the same time.In 2015,42 cases(44.2%)took one antidepressant,47 cases(49.5%)took two antidepressants at the same time and 3 cases(3.2%)took three antidepressants at the same time.(3)In the three decades,there were 38cases(88.4%),91 cases(94.8%)and 88 cases(92.6%)took benzodiazepines,the most used were clonazepam and alprazolam.In 1995,there were 24 cases(55.8%)took one benzodiazepine,10 cases(26.3%)took two benzodiazepines and 1 cases(2.6%)took three benzodiazepines at the same time.In 2005 40 cases(44%)took one benzodiazepine,9 cases(9.9%)took two benzodiazepines at the same time.In 2015,there were 35 cases(39.8%)took one benzodiazepine,39 cases(44.3%)took two benzodiazepines and 3 cases(3.4%)took three benzodiazepines at the same time.(4)In three decades,there were 22 cases(51.2%),70 cases(72.9%)and 58 cases(61.1%)took antipsychotic drugs,took one antipsychotic drug each accounted for 20case(90.9%),40 cases(57.1%)and 44cases(75.9%),while took more than two kinds of antipsychotic drugs were 2 cases(9.1%),26 cases(37.1%)and 10 cases(17.2%).(5)There were 2 cases(4.7%),20 cases(20.8%)and 10 cases(10.5%)took mood stabilizers in the three decades.(6)In the three decades,the total number of psychotropic drugs are(3.37±1.398)species,(4.52 ±1.451)species,and(4.59 ±1.498)species.Conclusion: 1.With the chang of times,the new type antidepressants has become the mainstream medication for depression disorder and the drug use tends to be diversified;2.the combination of antidepressant drugs increase;3.the use of benzodiazepines in depressive patients is increased;4.the use of typical antipsychotic decreased,use of atypical antipsychotics increased,and taking more than two antipsychotic drugs at the same time also increased significantly;5.the total number of psychotropic drugs used in depressed patients increased. |
