| Objective:To detect and compare the expression of LUC7L3 and Ki-67 protein in meningioma,the mechanism of two kinds of protein may be in the occurrence and development of meningioma in exploration,to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of meningioma,the expression of protein expression level of the protein from the exploration of meningioma.Methods:Choose between 2007-2015 years in the Department of Neurosurgery of Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University was performed in 50 patients with meningioma resection,Another 20 cases of normal meninx tissue were choosed as comparison,patients of which were all from those who had accepted internal and external decompression for head trauma before.the surgical resection for pathological detection,and use Max VisionTM and immunohistochemistry to detect LUC7L3 protein and Ki-67 protein expression.analysis of the experimental results combined with clinical data.Results :(1)LUC7L3 were higher in different grades of meningioma tissues the positive rate(86%),but the positive rate of LUC7L3 in normal brain tissues are negative expression,There was a significant difference in the expression of luc7l3 in normal meningeal tissue and meningioma(2=28.486,p<0.05),results showed that the positive rate of LUC7L3 with the malignant degree of tumor tissue increased,the positive rate of LUC7L3 grade I meningioma tissues was 71.4%,the positive rate of II the level of meningioma tissue of LUC7L3 was 94%,the positive rate of grade III meningiomas of LUC7L3 was 100%.There were significant differences among the meningioma of other grades(p>0.05)(2)The positive rate of Ki-67 expression was lower in normal meninges(LI<1%),The positive rate of expression in meningiomas was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(? 2=25.486,p<0.05).the positive rate of Ki-67 and the malignant degree of tumor tissue havepositive correlation,the results of this study showed that Ki-67 labeling index grade I meningioma tissues was 1%,Ki-67 labeling index grade II meningioma tissues was3%,grade III meningioma Ki-67 labeling index was 6%,three groups with labeling index a statistically significant difference(? 2=22.496,p<0.01).(3)the Spearman through the correlation analysis of the data analysis showed that LUC7L3 and Ki-67 values were positively correlated(p<0.05,r=0.845),and the results showed that there was a significant correlation between the expression of LUC7L3 and Ki-67 and meningioma cases classification,no correlation with gender,age,tumor size and location(p<0.05).Conclusion:Correlation between the malignant degree of positive expression rate of LUC7L3 and Ki-67 in meningioma tissues and tumor are higher,the expression of LUC7L3 and Ki-67 were rarely found in the normal brain tissue,that is closely related to occurrence and development of the expression of LUC7L3 and Ki-67 may be associated with meningioma;The positive expression of LUC7L3 and Ki-67 in meningiomas were higher and increased with the increase of the malignant degree,and it has positive correlation with degree of malignancy of meningioma,so the measurement of these two kinds of proteins can be used as an important reference index in the clinical pathological grading of meningioma;The current research of LUC7L3 is less,but this study proves that LUC7L3 has a positive correlation with the occurrence and development of meningioma,so it can inhibit the occurrence and development of meningioma by inhibiting the expression of LUC7L3. |
