Background:STEMI refers to acute myocardial ischemic necrosis, mostly on the basis of coronary artery disease, prone to coronary blood supply drastically reduced or interrupted,so that the corresponding myocardium will be undering serious and sustained acute ischemia and myocardial infarction. The incidence and mortality of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in China has rise continually in recent years, rapid and effective reperfusion therapy is the key to save the STEMI patient’s life. Objective:Through the review of STEMI reperfusion therapy research can provide some references for better clinical treatment, select the most suitable reperfusion strategy in ChinaMethods:With " myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI,reperfusion, thrombolytic therapy, regional cooperation treatment " as the keywords, finding out the related research of acute STEMI reperfusion treatment,at the same time to summarize reperfusion treatment strategies.Result and conclusion:Now for STEMI reperfusion therapy has the latest guidelines and a large number of relevant literature reports, integrated the research results show that the requirements for the implementation of early reperfusion time demand is higher and higher, the preferred PPCI as much as possible. However, there is a big gap between Chiness actual situation and the requirements of the guidelines,so strengthen the strategy of drug intervention treatment under the premise of national conditions is necessary, but also to strengthen the building of regional cooperation system.
