| Objective:To analyze the related factors and risk factors of fracture in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, collecting the data of type 2 diabetic patients with fracture and type 2 diabetes patients. To reduce the risk of fracture in patients with type 2 diabetes,to ensure the safety of patients, improve the health level of patients, save social and economic costs.Method:In this study, cases and controls were matched by age and sex for 1:2.Sampling of 225 inpatients in a general hospital of Jiangxi from May 2016 to December 2016 by purposive sampling method in Nanchang: 75 fracture in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(case group)and 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(control group). The data of patients in the case group and the control group were collected, including the medical records, the results of biochemical tests, and the results of imaging examination;Body mass index was calculated according to the height and weight of the patients.Result:There were significant statistical differences in the duration of diabetes, cataract, smoking and calcium supplement between the cases and the control group(p<0.05),There were significant statistical differences in the living style, body mass index, serum alkaline phosphatase, previous history of fracture, cerebral infarction(p<0.01).Stepwise regression analysis finally entered the model with three variables: solitary, serum alkaline phosphatase and body mass index. The HR values of solitary, serum alkaline phosphatase and body mass index were: 2.79(95%CI: 1.39 ~ 5.63),1.01(95%CI: 1.00 ~ 1.01),0.88(95%CI: 0.81 ~ 0.96).Conclusion:Living alone, high serum alkaline phosphatase and low body mass index are risk factors for fracture in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Diabetes duration, cataract, smoking, supplemental calcium,non-living along, previous history of fracture, cerebral infarction are relative factors for fracture in patients with type 2 diabetes. |
