The Thera Peutic Observation Of Xiaoyao Powder Tablets On Patients With Dampness And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

Objective To observe the anti-fibrosis and anti-viral effect of Xiaoyao powder on CHB,and to sum up the academic experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine.Method According to the inclusion criteria,We divided the 60 patients into the treatment group and the control group,each group had a total of 30 cases.Treatment group were treated with entecavir combined with "Xiaoyao powder",the control group was treated with entecavir.Chinese medicine oral liquid was twice a day-every day,each agent fried 200ml,in the morning and evening;entecavir tablets was 0.5mg,once daily,oral(Bo Luding,producing in Shang hai,0.5mg every pill).After 48 weeks of treatment,We compared with LSM,FIB-4,abdominal ultrasonography,HBV-DNA,HBsAg,ALT value,etc.Results(1)The biochemical indexes,After 48 weeks of treatment:ALT value:Compared with baseline,ALT value can be improved not only in the treatment group but also in the control group,In the treatment group,the curative effect is better than control group,there were a significant differences between them(P<0.05);four liver fibrosis:After treatment,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group,compared with baseline,and the improvement of the four liver fibrosis of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);HBsAg value:Compared with baseline,HBsAg values was improved not only in the treatment group but also in the control group(P<0.05),The curative effects were similar in patients of two groups(P>0.05);HBV-DNA value and FIB-4 value were obtained the similar results,there were significant differences compared with baseline and between the groups(P<0.01).CD4,CD8:compared with the baseline and the control group,the serum CD4 and CD8 levels in the treatment group were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),this result was same as C3 and C4.IgG:compared with the control group,the serum IgG level of the treatment group was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Imaging indexes:LSM,Compared with baseline,LSM value can be improved in the treatment group and in the control group(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the treatment group existed significant differences(P<0.05).(3)The curative effect of Chinese medicine:after 48 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion(1)Xiaoyao powder has a favourable effect on anti-liver fibrosis on CHB treated by the ETV;(2)Combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine method was better than Single Western Medicine method on the anti-fibrosis and anti-viral.(3)There is a positive correlation between LSM,FIB-4 and HBsAg,HBV-DNA.We can indirectly predict the degree and curative effect of liver fibrosis from HBsAg and HBV-DNA values.(4)CD4/CD8,C3/C4 and IgG,A/G reflected that the level of humoral immunity and cellular immunity play a role in the CHB disease process,Chinese medicine can regulate the immune function and anti fibrosis from adjusting humoral and cellular immunity.(5)professor Shi W-Q’s experience in treating CHB with chronic diseases,the cause consists viruses,congestion,damp evil,hot and suffocating;The pathogenesis is disharmony between liver and spleen deficiency,and being lack of righteousness especially refer to middle and lower Jiao.
