Two Kinds Of Surgery Efficacy In Patients With T₁N₀M₀ Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective : To study the effects of retroperitoneoscopic nephron sparing surgery（RPNSS）and retroperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy（RPRN）on clinical efficacy of stage T₁N₀M₀ renal cell carcinoma（RCC）.Methods: 98 RCC（T₁M₀N₀）patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu medical college from January 2014 to January 2016 were classified RPNSS（n=26）and RPRN（n=72）,respectively.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,time of renal artery block,draining volume,drainage days,time lie in bed creatinine values in 24 h after operation,long-term renal function,local recurrence and distant metastasis rates of the two groups were observed and compared.Results: The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative time in bed was significantly difference between two groups（P < 0.05）.However,no significant difference was found in draining volume,drainage days,postoperative creatinine values in 24 h,long-term renal function,local recurrence and distant metastasis rate.Conclusion: As for patients with T₁M₀N₀ renal cell carcinoma,the clinical efficacy of RPNSS is reliable with less side effects on renal function in patients.Compared with RPRN,RPNSS has similar effects on long-term renal function,local recurrence and distant metastasis rates.
