Objective: To evaluate of hysteroscopy guided dilatation and curettage in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP).Methods: A database was constructed for the articles on relevant clinical trials on ultrasound or hysteroscopy guided dilatation and curettage treated with CSP,which were searched from PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang. The Revman 5.3 software was used for meta analysis according to Cochrane system evaluation method after the assessment of quality. Results: Five studies involving 282 patients were included.Compared with the observation group and the control group, the meta analysis results shows that there are significant differences in operation time, amount of bleeding in the operation, hospitalization time,HCG recovery time and menstruation recovery time(P≤0.05).The operation time, hospitalization time,HCG recovery time and menstruation recovery time of the observation group are shorter than the control group. And the observation group’s amount of bleeding in the operation is less than the control group. Conclusion: When the patient’s life signs were stable, the gestational sac was growing into the uterus and the thickness of the implant was >2mm,it was effective to treat uterine scar pregnancy by hysteroscopy.
