Clinical Application Of Latissimus Dorsi Myocutaneous Flap In Wound Reconstruction After Breast Reconstruction Or Advanced Breast Cancer Resection

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of latissimus dorsi muscle flap in postoperative reconstruction of breast reconstruction after breast resection or advanced breast resection.Methods: Retrospective analysis of December 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital after mastectomy latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap transplantation in patients with clinical and pathological data,follow-up postoperative complications,were followed by March follow-up cosmetic effect The Harris beauty evaluation criteria were used,and SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.To analyze the effect of breast tumor location,size,lymph node dissection,cut flap size,breast surgery on postoperative cosmetic effect and postoperative complication rate,and to do Χ2 test analysis.Results: A total of 42 cases of operation,30 cases of stage breast reconstruction,12 cases of simple wound repair,postoperative patients with high overall cosmetic satisfaction,excellent rate of 80.56%,a good rate of 29.44%,no difference.(P> 0.05).Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).No postoperative long-term serious complications,postoperative complications of back serum resection,9 cases(21.4%),incision healing in 4 cases(9.5%).These were significantly correlated with the size of cut flap(P <0.05).There was a significant correlation between abnormal sensation of upper limb and axillary lymph node dissection(P <0.05).Conclusin: Transplantation of pedicled latissimus dorsi muscle flap can provide the source of autologous tissue for breast conserved plastic surgery,conservative breast reconstruction after conservative breast resection,and can provide technical support for restoration of thoracic wall after modified radical mastectomy or radical resection.Protection,in the treatment of breast cancer in the clinical adaptability wide.Used in breast protection or breast reconstruction of the cosmetic effect is good,long-term high satisfaction after surgery Breast cancer,large resection of the chest wall defects,incision suture difficult patients can provide timely repair,and the success rate of surgery is high,severe postoperative complications rate is not high,for the success of various mastectomy to provide technical support,Clinical practical value is high.
