Objective: Applying meta-analysis methods,the thesis mainly discussed efficacy,safety and pregnancy problems after fertility treatment for hysteroscopy conservative surgery followed by progestin therapy.Methods: We have collected all relevant literature about young patients in early-stage endometrial cancer with hysteroscopy conservative surgery followed by progestin therapy issued from January 2000 to March 2017.Studies were selected according to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data extraction and quality assessment was performed independently by the author.All the calculation and statistical tested with the R software(R3.3.2).Results: 15 articles were finally selected out with the searching method above,including 203 patients.The results showed:The complete remission rate was 89.40%,95%CI[0.8329-0.9346].The recurrence rate was 10.90%,95%CI [0.0682-0.1741],the total pregnancy rate was 63.44%,95%CI[0.5572-0.7053],The total birth rate was 59.69%,95%CI[0.5262-0.6656].Conclusion: Most patients with early stage endometrial cancer can receive complete remission by applying hysteroscopy conservative surgery followed by progestin therapy,and manage to get pregnancy and delivery.Some patients will get recurrence or ineffective treatment.They can have a good prognosis as long as they receive the traditional surgery treatment timely.
