Objective: To explore the immune antibody in the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis(MG)by analyzing MG patients with clinical data, and related laboratory results. Methods: The clinical data and related laboratory results were from 56 cases of MG patients and 30 cases of healthy control which matched with MG age without autoimmune diseases during the period from January 2012 to January 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University hospital.Autoimmune antibody,T cell subsets,CD4,CD8 cell count, thyroid function and thyroid antibodies, tumor markers, anti O and rheumatoid factor, fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and gyrated hemoglobin were analyzed in MG patients and control group. In addition, autoimmune antibodies, tumor markers, thyroid function and other immune tests were analyzed between ocular MG group and general MG group. Results: The positive rate of repetitive stimuli test,fatigue-recovery test and neostigmine test in MG group was 48.21%(27/56),89.29%(50/56)and 80.36% (45/56)respectively.The positive rate of autoimmune antibodies(X~2=7.471,P=0.006)and tumor markers(X~2=8.205,P=0.004),as well as the occurrence rate of abnormal thyroid function(X~2=8.958,P=0.003)and diabetes(X~2=4.082,P=0.043)were higher in MG group compared to healthy control group. The levels of FT3(P=0.000),CYFR21-1(P=0.002),NSE(P=0.002),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(P=0.036),gyrated hemoglobin(P=0.000),CD4+T cells(%)(P=0.003),CD4/CD8(P=0.001)were higher in MG group, however the level of TSH(P=0.001)was lower in MG group. Conclusion: Autoimmune antibodies and tumor markers, abnormal thyroid function and diabetes are associated with MG patients. |
