Background and Objective: The relationship between the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis and the level of Serum homocysteine,urine acid,high sensitivity C-reactive protein in Young adults cerebral infarction remains unclear.This study aimed to elucidate the relationship between the young adults cerebral infarction,the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis and the level of Serum homocysteine,urine acid,high sensitivity C-reactive protein.Methods :retrospective study 70 consecutive Young adults patients with cerebral infarction were included in Department of Neurology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital,during December 2014-December 2016,Normal control group with 67 healthy physical examination from the medical center of our hospital,collected Baseline data of patients and physical examinees,for example Gender,age,smoking,alcohol consumption,blood fat,blood pressure,blood sugar,IMT,hs-CRP,UA,Hcy.All 70 patients can be divided into two subgroups by the degree of IMT,the atherosclerosis subgroup 54(IMT ≥1.0mm)and intima normal subgroup 16(IMT<1.0 mm).Andstudy the comparison and correlation analysis of the level of Serum homocysteine,urine acid,high sensitivity C-reactive protein between ACI group,subgroups and Normal control group.Result:1.The influence of gender,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,smoking,drinking alcohol on the occurrence of youth cerebral infarction is not significant(P>0.05),But the influence of hypertension,IMT、Hcy、UA、hs-CRP is significant(P<0.001);2.The IMT is the independent dangerous factors of the youth cerebral infarction(P<0.001);3.The influence of gender,diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,smoking,drinking alcohol on the occurrence of the carotid atherosclerosis in the youth cerebral infarction is not significant(P>0.05),But the influence of Hcy、UA、hs-CRP is significant(P<0.001);4.The Hcy 、 hs-CRP is the independent dangerous factors of the carotid atherosclerosis in the youth cerebral infarction(P<0.05);5.the degree of carotid atherosclerosis was positively correlation with the levels of Hcy、UA in the youth cerebral infarction(P<0.001).Conclusions: 1.The influence of hypertension,IMT、Hcy、UA、hs-CRP is significant,and the IMT is the independent dangerous factors of the youth cerebral infarction;2.The influence of Hcy、UA、hs-CRP is significant,and the Hcy、hs-CRP is the independent dangerous factors of the carotid atherosclerosis in the youth cerebral infarction;3.the degree of carotid atherosclerosis was positively correlation with the levels of Hcy、UA in the youth cerebral infarction...
