Treatment Of Osteoporosis With Traditional Chinese Medicine After Artificial Hemi-hip Arthroplasty

Objective By observing the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on osteoporosis after artificial hemiarthroplasty,the effect of clinical operation was further improved.Methods To collect from anhui province armed police corps hospital orthopedic from January2016 to October 2016,A total of 60 patients suffer from femoral neck fractures(Femoral Neck Fracture,FNF)and associated with osteoporosis(Osteoporosis,OP).To randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group was 30 cases,oral Xianling Gubao capsule ? calcium carbonate D3 and Alfa calcification alcohol,the control group of 30 cases,oral calcium carbonate D3 and Alfa calcification alcohol,which two groups received oral medication at the time of admission.The two groups were treated with artificial hemi-hip arthroplasty and routine postoperative treatment,which the two groups were measured preoperatively,third months after surgery?sixth months after operation to record the gender?age?duration of hospitalization ? blood Ca2+ concentration ? bone mineral density(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)?visual analogue scale(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)?hip function score(Harris score)and so on,and all data were processed using statistical software that two independent samples t test,paired sample t test and c2 test were used and all data were(?)±s.Result1.There were no statistical significant differences in gender and age(P> 0.05),VAS and Harris scores between the two groups(P> 0.05).But there was no significant difference in BMD and Ca2+ between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).2.Third months after operation,the number of days of hospitalization,VAS score,Harris score and calcium ion in the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P <0.05),the two groups of bone density were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),hospital stay in the experimental group than in the control group,the bone density of the two than before were slightly improved,but the degree of improvement is not obvious,while the two group VAS score and Harris score were significantly improved,and the experimental group than the control group.3.After sixth months of follow-up,the experimental group and the control group in the VAS score?Harris score?bone density? calcium ion,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),experimental group VAS score?Harris score?bone density and calcium were significantly improved,and better than the control group.Conclusion For femoral neck fractures in the elderly,artificial hemiarthroplasty can improve symptoms?reduce pain? improve hip function and restore patient walking and weight;hip fracture with osteoporosis in patients with postoperative,the use of traditional Chinese medicine intervention can significantly improve the OP disease,to reduce the pain of OP,to promote the recovery of the disease,to further improve the surgical treatment.
