Objective:This project is to reveal the biological behavior of the regulation of Chuanglingye on the inflammatory response of breast cancer surgery to affect the breast cancer cells,and to explore the operation effect of Chinese medicine in better treating breast cancer.Method:30 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received basic treatment,and rinsed the wound with Chuanglingye after routine irrigation during operation,20ml each time,sucked by drainage tube after 10 minutes,while the control group only received basic treatment.The levels of axillary drainage fluid,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,TNF-α,and white blood cell were measured on the 1st,4th and 7th day after breast cancer operation.The part of cell experiments were determined by MTT for the 0.5%and 1%drainage effect of culture MDA-MB-231 cells and MCF-7 cells on its proliferation rate.Result:1.The local inflammation of the treatment group was significantly improved,and the score was significantly lower than the control group,(experimental group D1 scored 8.21±1.40,control group D1 scored 9.09 ± 2.02,p=0.186;experimental group D4 scored 3.26±1.65,control group D4 scored 4.55±1.88,p=0.07;experimental group D7 scored 2.33±1.33,control group D7 scored 4.45 ± 2.31,and on the 7th day after operation,there was a significant statistical difference,p = 0.004)2.The levels of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-a in the drainage fluid on the 7th day after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group.IL-4 group(experimental group D1 value 2.08 7.61±1.46,control group D7 value 6.40±0.92,p=0.007).3.Chuanglingye can significantly reduce the serum levels of CRP.The level of CRP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 7th day after operation(experimental group preoperative value 3.62±1.43,control group preoperative value 3.66±1.34,p=0.129;experimental group D1 value 13.51±7.48,control group D1 symptoms of breast cancer surgery,regulate the inflammatory factors of breast cancer patients and drainage fluid stimulating tumor growth-related inflammatory factors,improve the microenvironment of breast cancer postoperative wound,inhibit breast cancer cell growth,and can play a dual role in promoting the body repair and fighting against tumor. |
