Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Of Phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome With Qutanhuoxue Granule Based On FibroScan As Main Index

Objective: Through the observation of Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD)changes of abdominal circumference and body mass index,liver function and blood lipids,the results of FibroScan and abdominal B ultrasound,symptoms,before and after treatment,in order to evaluate the effect of Qutan Huoxue Granule treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: 84 patients with NAFLD of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were divided into treatment group and observation group by random table method,treatment group took Qutan Huoxue Granule,in the observation group,they were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule;after 3 months,two groups were compared to the changes of abdominal circumference and body mass index,liver function(ALT,AST)and blood lipids(TG 、 TC 、 HDL-C),the results of FibroScan and abdominal B ultrasound,symptoms before and after treatment.Results: 1 No difference between the two groups of the patients of the year and the number of male and femal(P>0.05),so they are comparable.The safety index,such as routine blood test,renal function,routine urine test,stool routine test,ECG showed no abnormality(P>0.05).2 sets of observed indicators,abdominal circumference and body mass index,liver function and blood lipids,the resultsof FibroScan and symptoms integral,after and before treatment are difference(P<0.01).Two groups of patients with good therapeutic effect,between the two groups after the treatment,the abdominal circumference and body mass index,liver function and blood lipids,the results of FibroScan and symptoms,which compared to no difference(P>0.05).3 The differences between the two groups of abdominal B ultrasound which showed changes about the liver steatosis were not significant(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in hepatic steatosis between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment on NAFLD of phlegm and blood stasis can reduce abdominal circumference and body mass index,recovery of liver function and blood lipid indexes,reduce FibroScan value and alleviating the symptoms.2 The Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment on NAFLD of phlegm and blood stasis has little change about abdominal B ultrasound imaging,but it has great changes on the value of FibroScan,the FibroScan test is more useful for follow-up management of patients with NAFLD.3 The Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment on NAFLD of phlegm and blood stasis is better than the Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules group.4 Not only having the significant effect,but also the Qutan Huoxue Granule is convenience of taking,besides,it’s high security.
