Correlation Analyses Between Clinical Related Factors And Bilateral Primary Breast Cancer

Objective To explore the relationships between related factors and the incidence of BPBC,then provide a scientific basis for the clinical related factors of BPBC.Methods We collected 6700 breast cancer cases that diagnosed between January 2011 to December2015 from Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,and analyzed 105 cases of BPBC from those breast cancer cases,of which 60 was sBPBC and 45 was mBPBC,and also randomly selected 105 UBC cases for control study.We analyzed and compared the effects of each related factor of them with univariate and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression.Results Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that BPBC risk was significantly and positively associated with family history(OR=3.077,95%CI:1.244-7.609)、Her-2+(OR=2.283,95%CI:1.085-4.803),and negatively associated with age>45(OR=0.404,95%CI:0.214-0.762)、ER/PR+(OR=0.417,95%CI:0.218-0.799).Conclusion age>45、ER/PR+ is protective factors of BPBC,and family history、Her-2+ is risk factors of BPBC..
