| Objective: This study was to detect the levels of serum cyclophilin A,matrix metalloproteinase-12 and classical AAD serum biomarkers in patients with acute aortic dissection(AAD),and to explore the feasibility of early AAD diagnostic markers and find the best joint diagnostic formula for AAD.Methods: In this study,we selected 60 patients who were diagnosed as aortic dissection from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2001 to March 2016 as AAD group and selected 28 cases of healthy control population as control group.Cyclophilin A,matrix metalloproteinase-12,matrix metalloproteinase-9,C-reactive protein,D-Dimer,Calponin,Endothelin-1,Transforming growth factor-beta,NT-proBNP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the evaluation of the above indicators in the two groups of expression,and to assess its early diagnosis of AAD as a feasibility,and by the parallel combination and sequence of diagnostic methods to find the best diagnostic formula.Results:(1)The concentrations of Cyclophilin A and matrix metalloproteinase-12 were significantly different between the two groups(P <0.05).(2)The levels of MMP-9,CRP,D-Dimer,Calponin,ET-1,TGF-β and NT-proBNP were significantly different between the two groups(P <0.05).(3)From the ROC,we find that MMP-12,NT-proBNP,TGF-β,ET-1,D-Dimer,MMP-9,Calponin with a certain diagnostic significance(AUC>0.7);(4)The combination of MMP-9 + D-Dimer + ET-1 + Calponin had high sensitivity(94.33%),specificity(61.79%)and diagnostic accuracy(84.98%)under the combined test of parallel test.(5)The combination of MMP-9 + D-Dimer + ET-1 + Calponin had higher sensitivity(75.72%),specificity(90.35%)and diagnostic accuracy(71.87%)under the combined test of sequence test.Conclusion:(1)CyPA in the early onset of AAD was significantly increased and can be used as a potential early diagnostic marker for acute aortic dissection..(2)Matrix metalloproteinase-12(MMP-12)is significantly elevated in the pathogenesis of acute Standford type B aortic dissection and can be used as a potential early diagnostic marker for the Standford B type aortic dissection.(3)In this study,we found that the parallel and sequence of Calponin,MMP-9,ET-1 and D-Dimer Joint diagnostic formula,with a high early diagnosis of AAD value. |
