Expression And Clinical Significance Of Hippo Signaling Pathway Related Protein YAP, TAZ, Mst 1, And Lats1/2 In Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To research the expression of YAP,TAZ,MST1 and LATS1/2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation with the clinical data of the patients.Methods: 51 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected from Xinjiang Medical University,and the survival of the patients were followed up by telephone.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of YAP,TAZ,MST1 and LATS1/2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the clinical data were statistically analyzed.Results: the expression of YAP LATS1/2 and MST1 in tumor related to the tumor size and degree of differentiation(p<0.05);YAP,LATS1/2 are related with lymph node metastasis(p<0.05),and MST1 is not related with lymph node metastasis(p>0.05),YAP,TAZ,LATS1/2,MST1 are not related with gender and age,family name and the metastasis of the tumor(p>0.05).Conclusion: Hippo signaling pathway related proteins have a certain effect on tumor size,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.
