Objective:To discussed the the maxillary sinus morphology and the blood vessels inside the bone wall,horizontal width of the maxillary sinus of Uygur and Han patients,measured the different between the two groups,and to guildline the implant surgery.Methods:To selected 2014-2015 in xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital of CBCT uygur,han,200 each,observation of the maxillary sinus base form,maxillary sinus wall thickness,incidence of the internal maxillary sinus wall bone vessels observe the distance of mesial-distal in maxillary sinus analysised of differences between the two peoples.Use the SPSS 17.0 to do the statistical analysis.Results: The maxillary sinus mesial-distal average distance of Han patients is(29.1±5.31)mm on the right side,on the left side is(29±4.92)mm;Uygur patients is(30.6±4.98)mm on the right side,on the left is(30.7±4.74)mm,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).the maxillary sinus buccal-palate average distance of Han patients is(22.5±4.58)mm on the right side,and(23±4.63)mm on the left;Uygur patients on the right is(22.59±4.46)mm,on the left is(23.4±4.55)mm,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).The average residual bone high(RBH)in Han patient is(9.2 ±3.86)mm on the right side,on the left side is(9.2±3.73)mm;the average RBH in Uygur patients with right for(9.5±3.53)mm,and the left(9.1±3.29)mm.The RBH of missing teeth group in Han is(7.9±4.08)mm on the right side,and(6.9 ±3.41)mm on the left;The RBH of Uygur patients is(7.8±4.46)mm on the right side,and(7.7±3.76)mm on the left.The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The Han in the left and right side,a total of 400 cases of maxillary sinus sinus bottom form for 200 cases of concave type,convex model for 81 cases,flat type for 64 cases,atypical for 55 patients.Uighur 400 cases 213 cases(53%)in the concave and convex type 64(16%),flat type 84 cases(21%),atypical 39 cases(10%),(P > 0.05).Two people in the bottom of the maxillary sinus form concave type are in the majority,there was no statistically significant difference.This study uighurs on the left side of the maxillary sinus wall thickness of 2.18(1.79 ~ 2.60)mm,the right of 2.25(1.80 ~ 2.77)mm;Han on the left side of the maxillary sinus wall thickness of 2.19(1.64 ~ 2.89)mm,on the right side of 2.24(1.64 ~ 2.87)mm(P > 0.05),left and right side between the two ethnic groups there was no statistically significant difference of the maxillary sinus wall thickness.Han right maxillary sinus wall bone blood vessels within the incidence was 44%,49% left for the uighurs on the right side is 33.5%,the left side is 35%.Statistical analysis(P < 0.05),the incidence of maxillary sinus wall of blood vessels in the two nationalities difference was statistically significant.Conclusion : the Uygur inner wall of the maxillary sinus is larger than the Han patients,Han maxillary sinus wall bone incidence was higher in the incidence of Uighur,preoperative due to use of CBCT look at outside wall,according to its anatomical structure,formulate corresponding surgical approach.
