Objective: Through the application of T-scanIII bite analysis system for observing the temporomandibular joint disorder patients before and after wear with stable biteplate dynamic change of occlusal contact,to explore the dental occlusion and temporomandibular joint disorders, for clinical provides the theory basis for treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders. Methods:Collected in December 2015-April 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university clinic on temporomandibular joint disorder patients,19 cases with stable biteplate in wear, wear with stable biteplate before 1 month,3 months, the application of T-scan III analysis system of occlusion in patients with tooth tip stagger an observed early contact rate, measuring occlusion time(OT),bite separation time(DT)and the left and right side bite force balance(BFDB),analyze the change of the occlusal contact.Wear with bite plate before and after the early contact with a matching results of difference between chi-square,bite,bite the separation time and the difference between left and right side bite force balance results matching t test. Results: Temporomandibular joint disorder patients in wear with stable biteplate 1month and 3 months after the OT,DT is reduced, increased BFDB;Put into stable biteplate greatly reduce the incidence of early contact after 3 months, but patients before put into the bite plate and put into the incidence of early contact after 1 month there was no significant difference. Conclusion: Through with stable biteplate treatment may improve the occlusion of the intercuspal position of the temporomandibular joint disorder patients, prompt the connection between the occlusion and temporomandibular joint disorders.
